On Thursday morning Texas Developer Meridian Realty Advisors broke ground on the rebuilding of Vista Del Mar. The condominium was destroyed by hurricane Ivan in 2004. This $60 million, nine story project features 64 luxury units with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Nearly 50 of the 64 units are sold. The project is expected to be finished by the end of 2016.
