Our principals, Curt Boisfontaine and David Ronck collectively bring more than 60 years of combined real estate, banking, and finance experience. Throughout Meridian’s 20-plus year history, we’ve experienced many real estate cycles allowing us to build up a wealth of experience, as well as meaningful relationships with our financial partners, property professionals, and operators. We continue to align our goals and objectives with those of our partners and we remain passionate and excited about our business.

Curt Boisfontaine

Chief Executive Officer

Curt Boisfontaine founded Meridian in 1994 and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1982. He is currently the sole Director of Meridian’s entities and is President of Meridian Capital Corporation. He began his career with Preston Carter Company, Dallas-based property management, and investment sales firm, and later joined Landmark Land Company as Executive Vice President.

He also served as Director of real estate acquisitions for Landmark affiliate Oak Tree Capital, Inc. Curt completed his formal education in 1981 at Tulane University, where he studied economics.

David Ronck

President

David Ronck is the President of Meridian Realty Advisors and oversees all aspects of the day to day business of Meridian. David has been involved in the real estate industry since 1985, with experience including tenures as Chief Executive Officer with The Cambridge Companies, Senior Vice President of Finance at Bright Realty Corporation, and Senior Asset Manager with the J.E. Robert Companies. David also held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Gordon Investment Corporation’s U.S. real estate subsidiary – a position he held prior to joining Meridian in 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Ron Cibulka

Director of Development

Ron Cibulka is the Director of Development for Meridian Realty Advisors and oversees all aspects of the development process from site acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, design, construction, and overall project management.

Ron has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential development including Senior Vice-President of CLB Partners, Vice-President of Columbus Realty Trust and Post Properties, Vice-President of Texana, and consultant to Kangaroo Housing Investors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Austin College, Sherman, Texas.

JP Rindt

Director of Business Development

JP, a native of El Paso, Texas, has been involved in the real estate world since 2009.  Upon graduating from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance and Real Estate, he moved back to El Paso to work for MIMCO Inc, where he handled the leasing of over 300 properties across Texas and New Mexico. In 2013 he moved from El Paso to Dallas, working for a local real estate developer and handling asset management and leasing on numerous properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

From 2014 to 2019 JP worked at Xite Realty where he used his previous experience on the Developer/Landlord side to help veterinarians, dentists, emergency care physicians, among others with growth strategies, site selection, and lease negotiations. During that time, he was responsible for all corporate accounts within the company, each company seeing substantial growth year after year.  JP believes that trusting relationships are the core of every business and will continue to seek out those relationships in hopes of building partnerships that last for decades.

Miles Blanton

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Miles Blanton joined Meridian Realty Advisors in April 2013.  He has the overall responsibility of the accounting and financial reporting functions of all of Meridian’s companies. Prior to Meridian, he worked for various national home health agencies and skilled nursing operators. These companies range in size from $30 million to $350 million in revenue.  Miles graduated from Texas A&M University in May 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  Since that time, he has spent the majority of his career in the health care industry.
