PERDIDO KEY, FL (May 15, 2017) – The sixteen miles long island of Perdido Key, Fla. is well-known for its laid-back vibe, but progress at The Meridian has been moving along at a brisk clip since developers announced plans for the 15-story luxury condominium. Meridian Realty Advisors, L.P., based in Dallas, Texas has once again partnered with Destin, Florida-based JGM Development Group on the heels of the very successful and nearly sold out Vista Del Mar project also on Perdido Key. The development team has announced that they have arranged the multi-million-dollar acquisition of the 300 feet of beachfront property on which the new luxury condominium tower will be constructed. In addition, there are plans underway to open an on-site sales office in June.
