A community with 116 assisted living and memory care beds is coming soon to the northwest corner of Edmondson Pike and Cloverland Drive in south Davidson County near Brentwood.
It will include 62,000 square feet of assisted living use, 22,000 square feet of memory care use, and 65 parking spaces.
The project will be the first in Nashville for Meridian Realty, which just opened 88-bed The Pointe at Lifespring assisted living/memory care community in Knoxville. Integral Senior Living of Carlsbad, Calif., is expected to operate the new facility in Nashville.
David Ronck, a partner in Meridian Realty, likes proximity of the targeted Edmonson Pike location to both the Nashville and Brentwood markets. “The demographics of the senior population in that area of Nashville and Brentwood continue to be very strong and we feel there continues to be unmet demand in the area,” Ronck added.
